Walnut Estates (22nd and Walnut): Stately townhomes in the very heart of Philadelphia were completed in 2016. The work involved various ACM panels (4mm thick with a Fire-rated core, colours matched to window frames), Resysta plastic siding in a custom colour, copings and a unique custom-designed metal panel system over the car ports/under the decks that acts as roof but looks like soffit and utilizes build-in gutters.

True North Townhomes (7th and Fairmont): Sleak, contemporary complex, yet simple – is the way to describe this development. 7/8 Corrugated panels in white were complimented with 10 inch wide soffit wall panels in black without reveal.

Saint John Neumann (Leithgow and St John Neumann) This cluster of townhomes represented some very interesting design ideas. ATA’s MFP 120 panels were utilized with Standing Seam panel inserts, along with corrugated panels and soffit panels. Hardie planks with a ½ inch reveal were installed on some of the walls. These design ideas, along with the quality of construction ensured that end-buyers were happy with the product.

Gym on Frankford Ave: This 17,000 SqFt facility for one of our repeat customers involved installation of a large range of metal panels. From Standing Seam and 7/8 corrugated panels to ACM panels on the front of the building. Hundreds of feet of custom coping completed the envelope on the project.
